Letter For Patient Recall Dental Cleaning

The end of "Lost"

If one of the few readers that this blog has not seen this series (which is difficult) and are interested in it, I recommend that you do not read this post ... Although I know neither read who have seen it, so ...

itself at this point to write about the end of one of the most influential series in television history as it has been "Lost" (Lost), after it was issued several months ago in our country (and in an unprecedented move, by the way, simultaneously with the original U.S. release) and therefore has been discussed, studied, criticized and praised over and over again in multiple media (especially on the Web) is a task seems really na, but in my case at all it is, since I had the opportunity to attend such a conclusion just two days ago, after being "hooked" to the series for one and a half since I began to see her back in October 2009. Until its completion, I've avoided all sorts of spoilers and comments reviewed by colleagues who had known the fate of Jack and company to create my own discretion and has not been easy, but I think I succeeded.

I will not tell anything in this post has not been said already about the end of "Lost." Therefore, I absolutely to be original. I also know that because of the more than considerable delay in time to expose my point of view on a topic that has already more than sufficient to multiple interpretations by the "fans" primarily the impact of this post will be completely void (as being above all, what fool), but the intent of this post is not hypothetical engage the reader (if any), but rather simply to satisfy my personal desire to write about the termination of a series that, undoubtedly, can be considered one of the best television productions of all time.

to all this, we start with the most basic question: "I liked the finale of" Lost "?

The answer is emphatically yes, and for one simple and main reason: because it leads, and serious way, to the pure reflection of the viewer. The writers, in the climax of the series, they displayed a remarkable talent to give the fans an ending that may like it (because of its unique mystical content and "brain") or dislike (this mainly because of its apparent second misunderstanding), but not indifferent, and it is this inevitable and initial confusion after seeing Jack closed the last scene the same eye widened in the first scene of the whole leading to the series, for which it will, of course, the desire to understand what has just seen and therefore make sense.

And to find the above, we start scrutinizing the usual uncertainties and dilemmas that production has been so peculiar:

-The stars of "Lost" are not dead along the series. Survive the plane crash and, as is known by all those who have seen it, many will lose their lives in subsequent seasons due to the different (and fantastic) events that are happening in the island.

"Therefore, everything that happens on the island IS REAL, you understand" real "within the parameters He has given us "Lost" throughout its six seasons, or are in hell, or limbo, neither in the antechamber of heaven or something ... Simply, they are in a very special place, endowed with many unique, populated by beings that terrestrial and surrounded by mysteries that will never see clarified, for the simple reason that the island IS THE FOCUS OF "LOST", but what are its protagonists.

"That's why the title says it all:" LOST "not only lost a great and clear of all logic. Moreover, and above all, the characters of "Lost" are lost in their own lives, as well show him over the first five seasons, the great and timely "flashbacks" and "flash forwards" ... The passengers of Oceanic flight 815, the vast majority are people failed, bitter, disappointed, disillusioned ... Men and women without an apparent meaning in their lives because they have taken the wrong path along them, or because they have not found the true motivation that drives them forward, or even because, believe they have found this, ignore that being diverted even further ... These are basic guidelines that define Jack, Sawyer, Kate, Locke ... Primarily normal people, with virtues and flaws, but locked in solid and personal frustrations.

And to stand up to them to achieve the lasting peace that actually everybody longs to have happiness in short, you must first pass through purgatory.

That is not nothing but the "alternative reality" of the sixth season, which for this we perform at Jack and company in a city like Los Angeles in which they arrive after landing a plane apparently never crashed.

-In Purgatory the characters of "Lost" have to face their fears and their complex emotional. And when they do, their sins are atoned for and find the right way to find peace, to attend the required meeting with others. Remarkable and emotional, like many others during the finale, are the moments that Kate, a fugitive murderess, Clare helps to give birth in "alternative reality" at the time reliving the same events in the island; at that moment his life has meaning (help with the birth of a new life, after overtaking another), or Locke, who persists in not operated in RA because the state is guilty of his father, when Actually it is home to immense guilt about the treatment, almost criminal, that it has received throughout his life ... When Jack is operated, the fault disappears during both peace that had been denied, emerges untainted, and that is why so Jack tells him: "I wish I could do for you what you have done for me" ... The disastrous life of Jack in the real plane is veiled behind a fictitious marriage and a son nonexistent, and is the encounter with the real loved one in the RA (Kate), which "activates" your true destiny ... In fact, "Lost" focuses primarily on the figure of Jack, is the full axis of the entire series, the engine that drives the others to advance and guide so longingly expected by others in this "church" that meets everyone to go "beyond", a place where in fact there is neither time nor space, Jack, when gives meaning to his life, when pleased, looks at the sky to see the distant silhouette the plane that takes her fellow survivors off the island, is prepared for the meeting with colleagues, with colleagues who, like his father tells it, some have died before and others after him. Special

sense is that Ben does not come to join the rest in the "church" ... Many blame that has yet to atone for Benjamin Linus, is the main architect of the killing of members of the Dharma Initiative, but the main weight load your conscience is the death of his daughter Alex, who seeks redemption in purgatory through his fictional character of a school teacher who oversees the academic progress Alex precisely an "alternative" ... Ben is acquitted is not easy, but all fans of the series know that ultimately it will be possible, especially after his second of Hurley or Hugo, the new guardian of the Light of the island who, thanks to reunion in the RA with the late Libby, his one true love, finds his time what should be their mission in purgatory.

remains in the air (like many other things) the fate of Desmond Hume, the true "bridge" between the alternative reality and "real" of the Island He was the first to notice the existence and purpose of the first and this is thanks to their special qualities, it is proposed that the rest of his teammates finally get to give meaning to what has been their lives. Jack is sacrificed in place on the island and is rescued from the cave of light by Hugo and Ben ... A From there, his future remains in mystery, and is up to the viewer what happened to him: if he returned with Penny, if you stayed on the island or simply disappeared.

When Jack closes down the same eye that started it all, one can not avoid some discomfort and pain to discover that, really, all over ... "Lost" has made all those who have enjoyed it, one way or another, be it season after season, devoured by the endless suspense between them, or as in my case, seeing them in a more or less continuously. It will be difficult to see a number like that, at least for some time, some have tried to follow its lead and its formula, some with more success ("Heroes") than others ("Flashforward"), but in no case exceeded. .. I think all we have enthusiastic, excited, sometimes desperate, excited with these tremendous finals, we have speculated about all the various issues that we face in every episode ... In short, we have enjoyed with "Lost" out and out, has been one thing clear: "Lost" is unique. It's a great series, equipped with a quality story and great pace and the final, although many do not recognize or admit they do not know, was the only possible ending, because it's that if you notice every detail, better gives coherence to what has meant the series as a whole.

Where Should Your Cervix Be 3 Days Before Period

"The Triumph of Buffalo Bill" ("Pony Express") (1952) Atom Man vs.

"The Triumph of Buffalo Bill" is a movie for me very, very special ... Certainly not a great western (lower production at Paramount in the early fifties) and is a film that struck me c hen saw as a child for the first time, no less than on the big screen, but is special for a simple reason might be absurd: it is the only movie I've been to the cinema at the request of my father. My father was for many years, almost a teenager, my constant companion on countless movie quotations, it was he who took me to those great (or sometimes not so great) rooms full of chairs in which sat impatiently waiting for the defunct lighting to welcome to the magic that gave off that huge white screen background ... At the time of going to the movies, it was always me who decided to watch the movie (usually with action, fantasy, science fiction or adventure, of course), and next to my father I have no doubt lived unforgettable moments in the movies, dreaming while awake for the duration of the film in question, enthralled with their mesmerizing and colorful images, a privilege, so to speak, I could enjoy even when we did not have televisions at home as they enjoyed the four-color ... In short, my relationship (overwhelmingly loving) the film goes back to a very early age, and this was due to the never-ending tolerance of my father everything that I intended to see as valuable and irreplaceable company in the chair next to during those wonderful moments in darkness of the room.

This time, however, was my father who himself decided to see this film in the cinema, and of course it was proposed to take me to see him ... Why did you choose led to it? Certainly, not know. Perhaps in his moment attributed perhaps, with the reflections always logical and extremely simple for children, the fact they just wanted to see, but the truth is that such a decision surprised me, as if it were not for it right now not be writing this post ... It is true that western was a genre that I loved as any child (and I still love), but the truth is that this movie is I would have gone completely unnoticed were it not for the unexpected determination of my father to go to see the movies with him ... It is possible that, given the sheer number of hours spent working Shipyard in Cadiz (Saturday inclusive), may on that occasion, a weekend in safety, decided to spend some time with his son and himself agreed to take me to the cinema to see this movie a very young Charlton Heston, after get up on Sunday at a time of all untimely (because he had just arrived from work) to take the bar eating churros Stop, one of the most famous of Cadiz in the development of this singular delicacy morning ... It is possible that the early-morning binge of churros and subsequent visits to the cinema evil called "Multicines Cadiz, since only consisted of two rooms, to see Buffalo Bill do not match necessarily the same Sunday, but the truth, I like to remember him.

I do not know in other cities in Spain, but in Cadiz, in the late seventies and early eighties, the movie sometimes surprised by reruns of films originally released nearly thirty years ago. Thus, at the age of eight or nine years (oséase, for 1980-81), went to see my parents at the old cinema Avenida nothing less than "Ben-Hur," which is 1959. I remember sitting on that unforgettable rest carry out the project in the mid-movie, and as my father went to the lobby to smoke, together with other viewers ... What times! Who we are has seen and who sees us!

With this deal now spent three quarters of the same ... Interestingly, it is also played by Charlton Heston, as I mentioned above, but it was made seven years earlier. When Heston starred in this movie, it was still a real unknown and the film is nothing more than a nice product series "B" cincuentero West, so many that there was (of course, produced by Paramount, as I said), in Heston embodies that which is perhaps the most famous historical figure known to have forged the legend of the American West ... Buffalo Bill (actually called William Frederick Cody) have been countless films, most of them away from the historical reality of the character (curiously contemporary this movie was another, with fewer resources and media, which starred Clayton Moore in the same paper: "Buffalo Bill in Tomahawk Territory" when one was fired from "The Lone Ranger" and, paradoxically, that Moore is closer to the image Heston left us genuine Cody), and of course, "Triumph of Buffalo Bill" is by no means an exception.

The film, originally called "Pony Express", basically the establishment of such a peculiar and famous mail system (through leading riders correspondence in a relay) in the American West and the vicissitudes of living Bill and his friend and colleague Bill Wild California Hickcok to join the rest of the country through the new method of communication, which provide the news more quickly reach any West Point. However, in California there are certain subversive elements who are not interested in the "Pony Express" reaches that state and propose sabotage, with the ultimate intention that California feel disappointed and abandoned by the Federal Government decides to separate from the Union ... A pilgrim and fragile idea as so many movies are so common in the Western series "B". Moreover, the film plays anachronism constantly with a sharp, focused mainly on the figure of Buffalo Bill, whom we see on the tape as a genuine promoter of the establishment of "Pony Express" along the West and as an adult phase of his life, isolated and the army, when in fact it was a simple rider Cody's "Pony Express" at an early age, even for the army, which could not join until years later to deliver the work email.

But "The Triumph of Buffalo Bill" is really not intended to teach us lessons of history, but simply one in tainment western movie with the typical elements of the genre, and that is why it should be remembered, appreciated or reviled, depending on one's personal criteria. In my case, I have already amply explained in this "post": This classic and forgotten film certainly plays a role in my life, if not essential, it very important, and is, as I said, was the only decided to see for themselves in a cinema that is certainly the best partner one can have as a kid in those crucial years when everything seems surprising and extraordinary, both characteristics of the film, through endless films, is a skilled left ... Those years of enjoyable and valuable parent company keeps my memory as a precious treasure, especially since I can not not be able to relive again, but with lines like these, at least we can not thank the maker of my days, I am sure that those moments on film with him, among other equally or more important, I have served become the person I am now and where you intend to remain, despite my many faults, until the end.
